During the Governing Council on Friday 17 February, presided over by Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, ministers approved funding for the Electric Vehicle Fleet Pilot Project from the Climate and Energy Fund.

For the year 2017, the government has decided that 10% of new state vehicles should be hybrid or electric plug-in vehicles.
