This conference aims to further explore the roles and responsibilities of subsidiary boards and to continue promoting best practices in the field of corporate governance in Luxembourg.

Jean Guill, honorary Director General of the Commission de surveillance du secteur financier (CSSF), will open the conference presenting a view on the Luxembourg business model with regards to corporate governance in a group environment. After the introduction, a panel composed by Jean Guill (Honorary Director General CSSF), Wolfgang Dürr (Managing Directior of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale Luxembourg S.A.), Yves Maas (Managing Director and CEO of Credit Suisse S.A.), Stefan Schwab (President of the Management Board of the DZ Privatbank S.A.) and Thomas Feld (Partner at KMPG) as moderator, will hold a discussion on the roles and responsibilities of subsidiary boards.

The introduction, panel discussion and Q&A sessions will be conducted in German with simultaneous translation in English being provided. The interest on this conference has been very high and it is now sold out.
