ICF Luxembourg, the Luxembourg chapter of International Coaching Federation, has announced its first events of 2017.

- In English on Friday 27 January 2017 @ 09:00-17:30 @ BGL BNP Paribas-Kirchberg: WORKSHOP with Dr. Damian Goldvarg on “Elevate your Leadership Skills by applying your Emotional Intelligence”.

Dr. Damian Goldvarg, Master Certified Coach (MCC), Ph.D., former Global ICF chairman, will facilitate a one day workshop on how to understand one’s own EQ and effectively manage oneself at work as well as increase one’s leadership effectiveness and potential. At the end of this session, participants will be able to learn to recognise and understand their triggers, take away specific techniques to manage oneself more effectively at work, understand the keys to effective relationships with supervisors, peers and direct reports, develop an increased awareness of one’s strengths and development needs as well as create a plan to apply the "what" learned at work.

At 18:30, the workshop will be followed by a CONFERENCE with Dr Damian Goldvarg : “Creating an organisational coaching culture”.

In this session Dr. Goldvarg will share the results from the ICF study on creating a coaching organisational culture and will explore the differences between working with internal and external coaches, key elements in training managers with coaching skills and developing awareness of how organisations that invest in coaching create higher levels of engagement and bottom line.
