The Just Arrived team has annoucned that since mid February, its new website has been online with a new structure, an improved graphic charter and more content.

Our duty was to offer cross-border workers and expatriates an easier navigation”, explained Laurent Ollier, managing director of Just Arrived. "With trendier and simpler designs, the web portal Just Arrived is a friendly manageable tool which provides many different and comprehensive content. We entirely changed the website architecture to provide an easier navigation and user-friendliness. Our website provides a twofold reading: information is classified by topics (housing, health, employment, etc.) or by life stages (immigrating, living, integrating, etc.). Many hypertext links are also at users’ disposal to help and guide their navigation. Goal: offering them the best user experience!"

Just Arrived provides a practical guide which provides more documents to be downloaded, hand-picked qualitative references, improved comprehensive reviews, news, etc. Useful tools, such as the tax calculator, are to be released soon.

About 40,000 unique users visited our website in February, representing an increase of 100% compared to last year”, stated Laurent Ollier. "Our Just Arrived guide proudly keeps on displaying the “Made in Luxembourg” small black crown, initiated by the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Trade and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This label is a sign of quality."

About Just Arrived

As a welcoming and integrating tool, Just Arrived helps foreign residents – either they just settled in Luxembourg or not – and cross-border workers in their daily lives in the Grand-Duchy. Created in 2015, the portal provides useful information on many topics both in French and English.

All residents can find necessary help to have a successful integration with news, tips, useful tools, didactic guides, etc.

The paper guide has been printed since 2007, with 15,000 copies delivered across Luxembourg, including at the Bierger-Center of the City of Luxembourg. The City of Luxembourg has been supporting Just Arrived since 2010.
